Podcast: PTP’s Crystal Collier on Learning, Listening, and CX Leadership

Crystal Collier is no stranger to the customer experience (CX) realm. And she has a lot of valuable insight to share.

Crystal Collier of PTPShe has held roles such as VP of Marketing Services, overseeing a team of customer service professionals, worked as CEO for CX Solutions, formerly TARP Worldwide, a company that has been helping companies improve their customer experience for more than 40 years, and spent nearly three years at EA Games, a client of PTP, where she was responsible for defining the Worldwide Customer Experience strategy to deliver programs that created amazing experiences for EA players. 

We’re now incredibly fortunate to have Crystal as an Executive Consultant at PTP, helping our clients develop strategic CX solutions across a broad spectrum of industries.

Recently, Crystal was a special guest on Chad Daniels “Customer Driven” podcast, which focuses on everything CX.
