These digital entities, ranging from sophisticated virtual assistants like Alexa, Siri, and Bixby to smart devices with autonomous purchasing and interaction capabilities, are quickly redefining the boundaries of customer engagement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By 2026, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gartner.com\/en\/newsroom\/press-releases\/2023-03-01-gartner-says-20-percent-of-inbound-customer-service-contact-volume-will-come-from-machine-customers-by-2026\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">20% or more of interactions will be made by machine-customers<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike traditional human customers, machine customers operate on behalf of their human counterparts to execute transactions and seek support through various channels, including voice.
